You can submit a return application within 30 days of receiving the goods. Orders placed after this period will generally not be accepted for return or refund (except in cases of quality issues).

II. Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure the goods meet one of the following conditions:

  1. Unopened/Unused Goods
    The goods remain in their original packaging (including labels, accessories, instructions, etc.)
    No signs of use
    A full refund is available (excluding shipping costs, unless it is a quality issue).
  2. Opened but Unused Goods
    The packaging has been opened, but the goods have not been actually used
    The goods are undamaged, unstained, and unwearied
    A refund is available, and a replacement/processing fee may be charged depending on the circumstances.
  3. Used Goods

In principle, returns and refunds are not supported.

If there are product quality issues or manufacturing defects, please provide relevant proof (such as photos or videos), and we will provide you with an exchange or partial/full refund solution.

III. Non-Returnable Items

  • Return the item as required and provide the tracking number.
  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process a refund or exchange.

If the return is due to quality issues or incorrect delivery, we will bear the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike, unsuitability, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs (if any) are generally not refundable.
